A PROPERLY poured Guinness. In this country, it's made from a syrup in any case, so it's just topped up with the local water.

Where are you then? Afaik Diageo send over full kegs to the UK, it's not the concentrated stuff.

Not sure if there are kegging plants @ Park Royal (London) and Runcorn
Syrup tankered into these places, and held in the huge silos. Then watered down to the correct %age into bottles, cans and (I believe) kegs.

I thought the official line is that ALL Guinness is brewed in Dublin?

Think the Park Royal place went a few years ago.

Although further research confirms all Guinness sold in the UK and Ireland is produced at the Dublin Brewery.

Shindigger is my tipple at the moment. Local lads started it from home brew. It’s wicked ice cold.

Yeah. Our Guinness is indeed brewed in Dublin, and tampered with at Park Royal and Runcorn. It's absolutely MASSIVE in Kenya.

I think the reason for the syrup stuff, is all this environmental stuff. Less tankers on the road, etc
