Reminds me of when I got married nearly 8 yrs ago
My missus had a blue cake with the city badge on it, with to have and to hold on one half, and happy birthday on the other half (I married her on my birthday)
All the tables were blue and white, and the balloons were blue and white.
And it was all a surprise to me as I had nothing to do with the arranging

Have a great 21st - cake is superb. As are the boobs (on the cake) - though I'm sure yours are, too. Oh dear, erm... Slinks away with flustered expression on face.
