Which actually brings up another issue, he takes this kid hunting and has guns in the house around him. He's one of those "if they outlaw guns they'll have to outlaw cars and knives because they could kill people too" idiots. I sincerely hope he keeps them securely locked up because he seems to enjoy hurting people.

Shoot him. He's obviously going to end up being a psychopath so you'll be doing everyone a favour. To cover your tracks you could also shoot his dad and leave him holding the gun. Make sure you're there to "comfort" your sister-in-law. That's the American way of doing things isn't it?

It's called lazy parenting. At the end of the day this child needs someone in his life who is firm with him and will take no shit off him. Personally I will not take any shit off kids no matter how big they get ! They need to know that from day zero and they will respect you !

Also Tell your brother that he needs to sort his act out because his child is a little bastard because of him !

When he inevitably does react like this

Why should you let these people spoil your party - just tell them that they can't come until they learn to respect other peoples feelings - dont blame the kids blame them. People get shirty about their kids being blamed and there's a school of thought thatd say it isn't actually the kids fault they behave that way.
