i've tried resetting it and that's not worked. what should i do?

my friends did this, she 'dried it out' on the radiator for a bit and it worked ok after

that's quite possible. it had been in my bag when i went to alton towers and it was raining. not tried using it since i made this thread tbh. hopefully it's dry now
