My lads first game today

wow what a great 1st game. My lads 1st game about 5 years ago (i think) was Arsenal, a Joey Barton pen just before half time saw us win 1-0. Then I got a season card for him and we beat Portsmouth 6-0. Its all been downhill for him since ;)

My lad's first game was in 1993 when we lost 2-0 to Blackburn. It was at the height of the Swales Out campaign and there was the traditional demo outside the Main Stand after the game with rocks being chucked at the boardroom. He thought that was part of the post-match entertainment.

Young Jake is only two so maybe towards the end of next season for my young blue. Screams "City" whenever he sees the badge he even did it to a coat of arms when crossing the bridge from Salford into town on Quay st which made me smile.

Brilliant to hear your lad loved it though.

It was my twin 4 yrs old boys first city game today
I can safely say they are hooked, they loved it
And they couldn't stop laughing when tevez did his driving celebration after his pen

bloody glory hunters

hope they enjoy city for many years,

they just act out city games day in day out in the house, red cards yellow cards, goal celebrations the lot, its non stop.

its going to become a dilema soon as i have a great seat, and don't really want to move, but to see their joy yesterday, makes me think i'll be in the family stand beore too long.

My lads first game as well yesterday, he's 3 in January, apparently Sky Sports news camera panned in on us just before kick off too. He had a great day :)
