start small:

- phone calls at all hours, deliveries galore, infiltrate his work (if he actually works) by approach to bosses, fuck with his benefits etc etc etc...

- expose him, get it all out in the open, film, record et al, turn the tables on the swine, make anyone remotely close to him be exposed to the beast

- use and abuse the police as extensively as possible, the gripe you have will infect the case, always appear rational and project your sympathy for the cretin

- the psychology of fear - your objective is not to physically harm, doesn't mean you can't scare the Joseph Islam out of him, this will have to be revealed via PM but it's very effective and will bypass the other nonsense (wink wink)!!!!
