just so's i'm understanding you about this situation, i'll recap.

Let my mrs deal with it! when the nextdoor neighbour had a go at her her exact words were (why dont you just fuck off ! ) the man was 25 stone 6ft tall........and he started crying!!!

Well, it's 3 years later and the psychotic gargoyle has got her just desserts. Whenever we had friends over she was always peering over the wall. Just recently we had our drive way done as it needed it, and we had a wooden canopy built along the side of 'her' wall, continuing as a fence.
She came out and kicked off big time assaulting the builder who was putting up the fence. (our land by the way) Saying 'you can't build that you need a licence' Any way, she carried on saying that there was already cracks in our stamped concrete driveway. How did she know this? It got me wondering, so I put up a camera (tiny spy cam) and have caught her on numerous occasions coming in and snooping around.
Whilst this was happening, we applied to the land dept. to come down and measure the perimeter just to see where we were putting the fence and the canopy and it turns out 'her' wall is 10cm in our land (all the wall) at the back and 15cm at the front of the house.
She's got 30 days to comply, she keeps trying to tell the other half not to do anything. Fuck her is what I say. To the cleaners you psycho hose bog beast.
