Name One Thing You're NOT Good At No Matter How Hard You Try

Playing the guitar. I've been learning for 30 years or so and I still play like I've just picked one up.
I tried for five years. Even after one to one lessons & lessons on line I ended up just like you. Eventually packed it in and have been having piano lessons for about two months. Much prefer and enjoy it as an instrument. Also have made much more progress than I ever did with the guitar.

Would love to be an electrician.
Joinery too.
Plumbing , I could have saved a fortune over the years..
Plasterer's are the work of the devil ( messy cunts though).
I've tried to swap know how over the years with people in the trade ( teach me how to do " x" and I'll give you a few free lessons.
Knowing what I know now being old I wish I'd of learnt a trade like that. ( just never had the time).

Trying to get my lad to learn a trade but he just wants to follow his dad's footsteps.

I don't want him to.

I’m useless at DIY but…

I can do basic plumbing (fitted bathroom, fixed central heating leak, fixed boiler that sort of thing) nowhere near as hard as it looks - but I’m sure if a qualified saw my workarounds they’d laugh their nuts off.

I can do electrics - new sockets and that sort of thing, wouldn’t want to move a fuse box though.

But can’t plaster or lay a wall more than 3 bricks high… or put fence posts in straight.

Singing is something I’m complete garbage at no matter how hard I practice

I'm gonna take up the Stylophone, I think.

DIY of any kind whatsoever, mind you people stopped asking me to try years ago,and I’m happy to oblige.

Building, assembling, painting (even by numbers) and general creative activities including problem solving. I used to sob my junior tits off when I was given an Airfix, Mechano, Lego set and a Jigsaw as a kid. Why in the name of Xmas Yuletide would you offer a child a present that they had to build up themself, just to appease the oddities. (Sic)

In GCSE metalwork it took me two long years to forge a coat hanger, that every week was lovingly filed, heated, polished and planished. I think if memory serves, I was given a B plus for effort, but you still couldn't hang a coat on it. Nay mither.

It’s Valentines night tomorrow night. No pressure as I’m single. ;-) I’d hate to disappoint. ;-) (you know the rules jrb)

He taught me to swim. I've never been the same since.
Remember well the public information videos of the day. Something along the lines of .. fell in the water at our place, suddenly managed to scramble my way to the bank, frightened the wits out of my mum and dad.

My favourite was Meet Mike, he swims like a fish!
