The 12:20 boys dont normally publicise their activities, but needless to say you never saw the ICF bowling round Glossop taking taking liberties.For tough away games like Millwall away the Failsworth and Droylsden boys used to beg us to go on their coaches because they knew we would hold them together when the going got tough. Im not going to say anything else on the subject but those in the the know will acknowledge the 12:20 crew in any top 5 firm listing.
A few people have asked if we have a youth firm...the answer is yes but it was disbanded once Al the Cat reached 35 years of age.
For anyone interested there will be a book out detailing our exploits later this year. If you want to put a deposit down of £10 I will send you Gaz's bank details.

I've nothing against people who are into all this but I sometimes thinkt hey need to get a grip.
The way its policed these days with all the cctv, any real hooliganism ie actual fighting and your looking at a sentance.
Id say any young lads reading this should find a better outlet for their emotions than this sort of stuff.

As for the chosen profession of many a bods past choice's i'd say most have deffo by-passed the need to get a so-called grip as you've put it, last term i seen bods on the ashton road gettin lifted for doing far less than kickin horse shite in the air tho thats not my point in responding to ya post so by no means take my response personally as thats not my intention.

Nobody is physically or mentaly forced to read any thread anywhere round cybershire however everyone is entitled to and does have differrin opinions.
In the case of this site this actual thread is really really mild in comparisson to what gets spouted elsewhere.
Been a few threads footie thug so-called related in the past that got swarmed and supressed with more hits than the beebs 'points of view show' etc if not handled the right way from the start that supressed submergement is left to power keg before a later emergement where all morals go flyin out the window.
Once again tho i cant speak for the thread's O.P i'd hazard a guess it were not his intention to bung a net out sit back and watch all the ex thugs take the bait. Far from it, i've been told there's bods gettin deploma's n' all sorts studying the likes of topic at academic levels.
That also tells me personally that all those who have at some point in thier lives partook in havin a row at match is also as qualified than or same in having a say.

Worked with young lads in many so-called bad violent area's/hoodz/PJ's(not cloth) throughout the U.K/U.S/Can and caribbean to know a internet forum and most of what gets spouted within it is the least of their worries as an outlet especially 'emotionally'.
Big Tony or for anyone else reading this i know i may not be making much sense here at the minute as i'm tryin to get out the door to get paid but i'l try nip back on later and see if what i were gettin at could be put across better than this rush job.

I said though ive nothing against it all. I even got involved in it myself a bit but im not a main player was just more of a tag along i suppose, so i do understand the buzz and I can understand why they do it.
However, risking doing time over it, which if you get involved regularly it will happen, that guy from burnley got 5 years, to me i cant help thinking its a mugs game, but if people want to do it, then good luck to them, i aint no killjoy, my nephews at that age now and i'd try my best o steer him clear if i thought he was getting involved in it.
