I know that, did some of the best movies ever made this director, didn't like this though.

Edit.. That was very giddy of me, he's done some great films, that's praise enough.

Yeah, it does seem to have the taste of Marmite this one. The body double shower scene at the start makes up for any lack of cohesion and plot for me personally ;-) It was like the John Travolta film he did not so long after. I loved it, people I know didn't. Marmite.

I haven't seen the Travolta one, but I rewatched the de Niro, coster one recently...couldn't believe how bad it was, and I used to think it was a good film
