They are massively understaffeddoes nobody answer the phones at the ticket office these days? :|
they must be. Today the call back was turned off. I waited the 36 minutes only for it to answer, a machine to tell me no one was available and I'll be placed back in the queue, which they are taking 35 minutes to answer, waited until 46 minutes and still not through. guess my "answer" bounced me back to the front of the queue even though it says not.They are massively understaffed

I too am on holiday and have 2 tickets available, 1 adult and 1 over 65, they are North Stand, block 035, was 135, row 25, was row y, near the back of the old tier 1.
Already paid for so happy to transfer for nowt but need to be same type. I think that the over 65 can transfer to a child. If I'm wrong on this can someone tell me.
So any adult with older parent or adult/child should work.
I'll need names and supporter numbers to add on as family/friends to do the transfer

It didn't work out with Desperado as the system wouldn't let me transfer my over 65 ticket to a child. I have amended my post to show it needs to be an over 65 with adult.Free Napoli tickets

I had much the same experience a week ago too after 26 minutes but gave up after the non answer.
I only wanted to update my card info for cup scheme payments as inputting on line doesn't seem to work.
It's a shame as historically I've generally found the staff very helpful

2 ndEdit - Looks like I can't give them away free. Even transferring my sons adult ticket, to another adult is costing a £30 uplift in price. Probably with ST and cup scheme discounts in place in the original purchase.
So I can't donate to CITC, can't resell on ticket exchange and it's pretty difficult to transfer as well. No wonder there are empty seats. A paper ticket was so much easier altho City didn't get their uplifts.
I kid you not, the club want me to pay £30 to transfer my sons adult ticket, he's 29, to another adult ST member. It won't even let me transfer my over 65 ticket.Can you transfer to another city member? This shouldn't be a issue?? I don't mind giving you a few quid for them
