Everyone remembers the Hamburg atmosphere as we were constantly loud, you know songs and chants. Voices made that night, not bleedin flags and pissin horns.

I think the atmosphere that night is hugely overrated. It was just okay. I remember watching the game back the next day and the atmosphere wasn't that great. The best it has ever been at our ground was the 1-0 win over Chelsea (the only defeat Chelsea go that season) and for the first 15minutes against Chelsea just after we were taken over by the Sheikh.

Beg to differ but I think the Hamburg game was the best atmosphere by far and even their players said it affected their play. That night was the first time i actually thought the fans couldn't have done any more to get behind the team. We were literally trying to suck the ball into the net for the team.
