Napoli seat error

Saw another blue yesterday and he's had a similar email to me, we areboth in SS the email seat details are correct apart from the blocks are wrong I'm in 118 but it states 117, he is in 116 and his says 117. Anyone else get this, seems the ticket office us having a stinker at the moment.

Get this every year.

I enter the seats through entrance 217, but my block is described as 216

It's probably the Ticket Office that are right, and you are wrong
 
I'm sure this just means it's easier to access your seat from the next block and save you from having to ask lots of people to stand while you make your way to the said seat from the other block :-)

Then why does it say 118 on my season card then? Either way City have got it wrong.

CORRECT! my seat is in block 109 but quicker to get there via 110 :)
 
City's statement on GC resinging thanked him for improving 'Supporter Services'.....eh? They're having a stinker! My season card delivered on the day the season started, then i found someone else sat im my seat. Now i've been debited twice for my Napoli ticket and having been relocated for the UEFA corporate family have not yet been told yet where i'm sat on Weds. Never known anything like this, can't get hold of anyone by phone (30 mins no answer) and getting an automated response to e-mails saying they will be replied to in 10 days! If it wasn't for the tannoy every game thanking me for my magnicent support i'd be thinking the ticket office didn't like me ;-)
