I'd suggest he looks at Chelsea and THEN considers if it's possible to buy the league. Or United. Or Arsenal. Or Blackburn. Everyone who wins the league spends huge sums. Liverpool, however, CAN'T buy the league. Look at their Premiership spending and then look at their Premiership titles!
