Manchester City FC is delighted to announce the signing of Samir Nasri, who has become Roberto Mancini's fourth signing of the summer.

Interesting, so they aren't counting Pantilimon as a signing with him being on loan for now. I also find it interesting that clubs can spend up to a million on kids like Suarez and Rekik and it goes under the radar - although this is good for us, as we'd just be crucified more then. ;)
