It can't be for transfer negotiations of any sort, as it would be Gary Cook going and not him.

Must be off to watch a game.

He wouldnt be in London today to watch a game on Saturday.

So what do you propose he's there for then?

If it's to do with Nasri, it'd be in Manchester.

He's. Not. There. That. Isn't. Mancini.

arsenalmania members think it's a done deal at £23m and are "glad to get rid of the greedy/useless/lesbo/c*nt" (please delete as appropriate) lol

its a thinker :)

Patrick Vieira is in London today also. There has been talk that hes involved in the talks too over the past month or so. You never know. - However this deal will happen just like the Aguero deal. Patience is required. We are not signing uncut blood diamonds anymore

I thought we would be more sensible with fees in the Mancini era?? 23m or 20+ for a player we can get for free in 6 months time is beyond ridiculous!!

We are not at the mercy of any football club or footballer!! 10-15M if he wants to come he comes if not go stare at your trophy cabinet!!

I think the fact that this ridiculous rumour of nasri and tevez in a swap deal has shown how ridiculous twitter is as a source of info.

I think it has shown the immense gullibility of those on twitter, as said before if you follow the right people, it is a good source of info.

Don't believe everything you hear about transfer fees, the City owners and heirarchy didn't get where they are being mugs did they? Yes Oil made the Sheikh rich but good people around him made it happen after that

I reckon mid-teens maximum and for a player of Nasri's calibre I think that's a snip!! absolutely no guarantee that's he'd come to us next year? don't forget that the Crouch goal the season before last put us a year behind, so maybe winning the league this year with Nasri might address that balance

If we did win the league and upset the Goomers on "Talkshite" saying the Rags will win by 9 - 15 points with Schnieder then the £15 million odd would be a price well worth paying

Surely you agree?! (And no, I didn't call you Shirley)

anyone can get Nasri on a free in 6 months. Think we all know that he would likely be going to United if he were on a bosman, and we didn't want that to happen.

Wenger has played this bad as usual. Loses 3 of his best players in one summer and leaves little time to get in replacements and or replaces with younger unproven versions.
.

What can I say?!... It's our way. We're stuck between a hard place and a rock. We have to buy youngsters who have potential to be great....

Wish we could blow £35m on an Aguero, or £30m on a Ronbinho..

We can't unfortunately. Very frustrating for us fans. However, I'm glad players like Nasri will be gone sooner rather than later.

There is so much wrong with the deal I find it unbelievable that arsenal fans havent taken their head for a wobble.

How about the 28m price difference
How about he is moving within this country
How about there is about a hundred clubs outside this country who would snap our hands off if we offered to pay half his wages.
How about why would he want to move to a team losing its 2 best players who finished behind us last year

We'd have to have monkies in charge to swap Tevez for Nasri, may be the worst rumour I've ever heard.
