Getting sick of this. If he does not want to sign with what is on the table then we should move on.

Problem is that bobby will look at right Pratt if we do not get nasri with all the talking he has done about signing him.
It will be fine plus nothing is gonna happen today so just enjoy the game !

Come on City!

My view on this for what its worth, the deal between the clubs has been agreed. The stumbling block appears to be the agents fees. City have declared hostilities in the past with regards to agents fees. There appears to be a principle at stake here for the club that if it goes their way will stand it in good stead for future negotiations with other clubs/agents. I think from a supporter perspective we have to support the club stand on this despite all our frustrations at getting the deal done. However if Nasri plays on wednesday i would be amazed if the club still pursued the transfer of Nasri. So, tuesday or thursday/friday would seem to be the key days for this, depending on how Arsenal want to manage the exit of Nasri.

I haven't seen anything to suggest that Nasri dosn't want to, it looks to me like it's either Arsenal/Wenger or Nasri's agents that are taking so long. I wouldn't jump to the conclusion that Nasri dosn't want to sign.

Wenger is just being a shit stirring bastard trying to save face at the minute!! He wanted to keep nasri but his board so no chance!! Over ruled!!! The ONLY thing stopping this is the agent fees and I got an email about an hour ago saying the city under no circumstances will be the fee!! They feel, quite rightly in my opinion that it's not upto them to pay it!! Another £3m on the large transfer fee for a guy in the last year of his contract?!? But all is agreed with arsenal and player but something has to give somewhere but it won't be us!! Also told that bobby is royally fucked off at the minute and working relations between him and the board have been better!! Just something to keep a watching brief on.he feels we have been very sloppy and had no organisation in not only inwards players but outward as well!! Nothing too serious but tension there.

Arsene Wenger reckons Samir Nasri is a long way from Manchester City move

Arsene Wenger has claimed that sought-after midfielder Samir Nasri is happy at Arsenal and that any deal for his possible departure is a long way from completion.

Nasri has been expected to leave the Emirates Stadium this summer after reported interest from big-spending Manchester City.

Wenger has, however, warned that the France international could yet stay at the Gunners as his potential move has become more uncertain.

Nasri was a surprise starter in Arsenal's 2-0 defeat at home to Liverpool on Saturday and, with 10 days to go before the transfer window ends, he hinted the 24-year-old may yet remain in north London.

"He is happy here. There is no departure of Nasri at the moment," Wenger told French media outlet TF1.

"Maybe one day, but it's far, far, far from being done."

Nasri's departure would leave the Gunners severely undermanned in midfield after Cesc Fabregas completed his protracted move to his hometown club Barcelona last week.

Wenger is also without Alex Song and Gervinho due to suspension while Emmanuel Frimpong is set for a ban too after being sent off against Liverpool.

The news was released about an hour ago. These are new quotes to a french tv and not the ones from after the arsenal match.
