Did anyone notice this before the match started yesterday, I just don't get it to be honest, why does he feel the need to do it on the pitch can't say I've seen him do it before, Chickpea does the same stuff as well, I just find it all rather bizarre like when other players constantly cross themselves as they come on the pitch them proceed to a use the ref at every opportunity, not very Christian behaviour is it.

I'm so glad to see that people have commented on what a stupid thread this is.

If some players follow a religion, whichever religion that may be and they want to say prayer before a game, then what is the harm in that?
If it helps them play better, im all for it.

Well maybe thats because he is a muslim. Yaya does it as do Dzeko and others I do not quite get why you are offended by another mans religion? Ba and Cisse pray after every goal does that bother you too?

Cisse doesn't which I find weird he does sometimes and not others while Ba does all the time. I always wondered what the difference was in goals for Cisse to chose
