I have suffered a nasty viral bout this weekend. Streaming nose, cough, swollen throat, high temperature, wretching and puking. Anyone else suffering this? East of the Pennines.

Local nhs has now confirmed that a nasty lurgy is spreading in Yorkshire. Effects last for weeks apparently. Both myself and Mrs ks affected. Luckily our local hospital is finally going to be rebuilt ……..by 2035, maybe. It was erected in prefabs as a temporary measure in 1965. Still mainly prefabs and crumbling concrete. A final budget decision due in a year or two. YCNMIU.

Puking from East of the Pennines though geographically incorrect does sound like a nasty bout of the Brace and Bits.

Went to Kitchen King last night, I have been Puking from east of the Pennines so much my arsehole resembles ET's finger
