Best cuisine on the planet?

My opinion of course. What say you jimharri?
A nice piece of steak, a couple of taters and a few fried onions. Simple, but e-bloody-ffective.

especially if the taties have been sliced and cooked in deep fat cooking oil, maybe with some shrooms and a fried egg just to be more healthy.

I've just a mix of lamb bhuna and balti jalfry. Buttery and spicy - stunning.

Nope; boiled spuds, and I don't like mushrooms (a helping of garden peas wouldn't go amiss though. Hold the egg for brekkie.

Wierdo.

How can anyone not like mushrooms?
And just get more eggs, two fried for breakfast, egg and onion sarnies for dinner and steak, onions, chips, mushrooms and two fried eggs for tea, then a couple of egg banjoes or an egg onion and mushroom omelette for supper.

Quick question to the connoisseurs..... I love a Lamb Korma but also love hot curry (jalfrezi/ Madras). Can you make a Korma hot or is it a big no no ?

You can indeed. There's no rule of how much chilli goes in.
