National Football Museum

Been in twice, both times with visiting blues and my mid teen (and subsequently adult son on visit number two).

At that time it was free, the visitors really enjoyed and my lad especially loved the interactive stuff on the first visit.

As a freebie with a donation it was fine but a season ticket if someone is only in Manchester once is rather pointless....I thought it was still free for people living in a Manchester Post Code.

Interactive You Say? Could you throw custard pies at a bust of Ferguson?

Went last year with my lad, it was alright but expected more to be honest. The oddest thing was the car that George Best got caught drink driving in!

I’d pay £14 a year if there was something different to see every four months or so. I think the chances of me going back now are pretty much zero.

I used to work with someone who got a job at NFM. She was a very bitter United fan and is obviously making sure her team is highlighted more in the museum.

For what it’s worth, I’ve been twice over the years and found it to be moderately interesting sadly. The NFM should be absolutely brilliant when you consider the history we have in this country.

As the O.P said, factually inaccurate information in a museum is pretty poor. I know I’ve noticed incorrect statements previously.
