Nations League

What is the point in playing creative players if you stick them on the wing and let your only other attacker wander wherever he wants? Who the fuck are Foden and Grealish meant to create chances for if there are no wingers and Harry Kane is out on the left wing? You need runners for creators and we don't have any, because he put the creators where the runners should be.

Always thought putting number 10's on the wing is a gutless move from managers too afraid to let them play in the middle

Alan Smith hasn't said 1 thing about Foden apart from his first touch letting him down. He hasn't given the ball away once and could have bagged a couple of goals. Meanwhile Grealish and Mount he can't get enough of.
The irony of that is the poor first touch said pundit had as a player himself.

A manager with any authority whatsoever would tell Kane to stop playing the Wayne Rooney "do whatever you want" role and get him to stay up front and in the middle, as he's an absolute waste of space picking it up deep or drifting out wide, while leaving us no one in the middle up front.

Unfortunately we have a PE teacher in charge who clearly has absolutely no ability to tell players what to do

Smith "another good night for Grealish" . Not sure what he has done, for someone who is supposed to be the main creative spark for the team, I can't remember him creating much.

Shane Ritchie was given a choice of the horrible eating task or watching the England match.
I believe he has asked for second helpings of bulls pens.
