This guy fits the bill. Defensive midfielder, strong and athletic and young. Everything we need in that position. Not to forget that he’s good on the ball.

One of the luxuries of having an almost perfect squad is the ability to not worry too much about the price we pay.

Fred, Fabinho & Jorginho showed £55m is about the going rate for a top quality deep/defensive midfielder, but Ndombele is 21, 4 or 5 years younger than them and if he's as good as them then obviously being younger makes him worth more.

Plus January would make things more expensive anyway.

What a ridiculously dirty side PSG is. Have already gotten 1 red card, and could have gotten more. They've found out that the only way to stop Ndombele is to injure him. Fekir was subbed off very early, and Ndombele had to participate more offensively, but now Lyons other DM has also gotten a red card, so Ndombele will probably have to play more defensively in the second half. Everyone should watch this game. A very high intensity game, and Ndombele has done well against their high press so far. Expecting more red cards in this game (2 at half time, Kimpembe and Tousart)
