Need a really scary/disturbing...

The omen or the original amityville. The latter is proper scary if I remember rightly (I was about 10 when I saw it).

The Exorcist is properly disturbing, considering how old it is, only watched it last week and it is one of the most horrible films I've ever seen.

Saw is a shout, Wrong Turn was cheesy but decent to me too.

Not a film but a tv series called paranormal witness. On Thursdays on the really channel (freeview)
It's supposedly true stories narrated by the actual people it happened to, interspersed with reconstructions by actors.
Whether you believe in ghosts or not, it's a good watch and proper nightmare shit. The episode called the Dibbuk box was good one...should have you checking under the bed before bo-bo's :o)

Guinea Pig: Flowers of Flesh and Blood.

Essentially, a bird gets drugged and kidnapped, strapped to a table and cut to bits.
Charlie Sheen was once given a copy and when he watched it he thought it was a real snuff film and contacted the FBI !

Its gory and sickening so it's not going to make you jump out of your skin, but its only about 40 mins long so wont take up too much time :)

Other good shouts are Eraserhead, The Brood, Rabid, - basically any Lynch or Cronenburg film if you want disturbing.

As mentioned "Wolf Creek"

I was reading the other day about Cannibal Holocaust and how the Director ended up on a murder charge because the film looked so realistic and people actually believed that the cast had been killed during the making of the film. Case got thrown out when the cast members turned up in court.
