Depending on whereabouts your hotel is , there's two or three tram stops in the Salford Quays area ......... trams can be caught from city centre Manchester.
not running in the city centre for a good few weeks the trams.
to use tram will either have to get a shuttle bus that leaves from bottom of piccadilly station, which is opposite the rank of black cabs at bottom of station ( not the front part) or walk to St Peters Square.

incorrect, it is running but only from st peters sqaure.
