I could save you sometime and hassle by advising you not to bother. The reason why websites such of these never get off the ground, is because the medium is already saturated with likeminded people, with similar views and some of these have been doing it for years and many are much better at it, which is why you won't get many hits. If the New York Times is struggling in this market, what hope have you got?
On www.rottentomatoes.com you can search movie reviews from film critics and movie buffs from all over the world. And you can filter thousands of movies stretching back across every decade since film began, so why would anyone want to read the opinions of a specific film viewed through the eyes of a teenager?
Also, these sites pay google so that when someone searches for a review, their site comes up first, so it's not a fluke that others don't get a look in. The best you could do is send your reviews to a popular website that has plenty of hits, and generate a following that way.
Lots of people on here write for sabotage times or goal.com, because they wouldn't have a hope in going it alone.
This is a good site that I find myself going back to for a little bit of a titter during a mundane day. http://www.cracked.com/
And the lengths that this site goes to for footballing analysis is borderline genius/insane http://www.zonalmarking.net/
