I'm actually impressed that they have any period where you could get a refund, if this was most other sporting teams, a concert venue or a ticket for a type of travel there would be no refund at all, at any point. Your complaint isn't really a good one and to call people morons for not going against a policy you agreed to upon purchase is out of line.
