Negativity

Do not have a word of criticism for the players, I rarely do.

The management on the other hand...

Oh here we go....

Hughes out?

IT WAS A F***ING FRIENDLY.

some of these threads about a nothing game are an embarrasment to fans of this club, I only hope that most have been on the sauce and feel suitably ashamed of themselves tomorrow. Beaten by Wolves in a couple of weeks would be fair enough, but the outpouring on here tonight beggars belief.

I will start to worry after 5 or 6 games IN THE PREMIER LEAGUE if we still look a mess and not before people who state otherwise really really are clueless. Money spent doesn't equate to instant team spirit etc. It will probably take 5 or 6 games for Hughes to know his best team and the best formation we will be fine and have a great season and will finish higher than we ever have in the Premier League just get a grip and enjoy the ride it's onwards and upwards

Never wavered in my view on Hughes out mate - friendly, league game, cup match, five a fucking side - doesn't matter.

He is singularly unimpressive and out of his depth.

I hate friendlies. Never go to them any more because they never fail to disappoint and I don't care about the result, but that was a good, competitive game tonight that we tried to and wanted to win. To say it was just about fitness is head in the sand time.

Good attacking play in fits and starts, awful defending for the most part. Looks a lot like last year to me.

Sure we will beat Celtic though, cos as we all know, we win at home and lose away.

What if we actually win somthing, you know in games that actually mean something

And how exactly do you come to this deduction

So why the negative Hughes comments

To your credit something positive. I think you need to leave the Hughes out threads until we have reason to bay for blood, not after loosing a f***ing friendly to a team at least a week ahead of us in preparation.
