Just why is our club always last to announce things?

Because unlike other clubs the want to respectfuly wait until everything is signed sealed and delivered. Medicals passed with results in etc etc etc. I mentioned in one of the other threads that City's OS employees were shocked to see Maicon training in Rome before everything was complete.
