I talked to a Sevilla fan earlier in the thread that kinda intimated that's just part of Negredo.
When he turned up he played out of his skin and now he's had a blip. Likely he'll average out at a more true level somewhat below his early season form, like he has most of his career.
A very good player, but one we may have already seen the absolute best of.
His best season with Sevilla was quite clearly his last, his first season return of 14 goals in 49 games really wasn't very impressive. This quite clearly goes against the "Adebayor effect" of turning up, playing out of your skin and then dropping a level.
