Neil Colbridge RIP

My Dad sadly passed away yesterday, a loyal blue from birth, from the stands of the Kippax to the Etihad. Season ticket holder for well over 40 years, some of his best days were following the club he loved through thick and thin.

Fought cancer for the last 9 years but still went home and away, including Istanbul.

Have put a request on the Hattersley and Mottram supporters club for a minutes applause on the 8th minute for the next home game. I really want to get this off the ground if possible but unsure how to go about it.
Condolences to you and your family mate

Passing on my condolences, truly awful when you lose your parents but your Dad was relatively young looking at that lovely photo and that makes it a lot tougher. RIP Neil.

The match today puts life in perspective, it means little in comparison but I’m sure he’ll be willing the boys on, best wishes.

Condolences to you and yours. I lost my Dad on NYE 2020, been sitting next to him at the Etihad for donkeys years but I console myself with the fact that’s he’s looking on and hopefully giving the boys a helping hand along with all the other Blues in the great Kippax in the sky.

For many of us, our Dad’s (and Mums) are the reason we are Blue and I wouldn’t have it any other way.

Fingers crossed the lads can do it for your Dad today.
