Why is the ref blowing his whistle over and over and over and over and over and over and over… they’re paying no fucking attention to it you moron!

What else is he supposed to do? The whistle reminds them there's a referee watching and if they want to get sent off it's up to them.

Otherwise it's just do nothing.
