Seen plenty of matches now where the added time is really high (as per FIFA's wish to keep the effect of time wasting down), but they never seem to add on extra time when there's substitutions during added time. There were 3 subs this match after 90', but they played only 5 seconds above the added 6.

I think knockout rounds and losing to a top European/SA team is right for the US team.

We have some legitimate talent for the first time ever but still a step below the top teams.
