I have to agree, I have also heard a lot of negativity about R D, he sounds a bit like the antagonistic shop steward in the dressing room, one things for sure some are not pulling their weight and the sooner we get rid the better

That's complete and utter bollocks. How do you know what's going on in the dressing room? Elano is in the side because when he plays he is better than the likes of Vass, Gelson and Hamann. We aren't good enough to be getting rid of players like him yet. Hughes needs to find a way to manage the situation but he won't because he's not exactly fucking succeeding in other areas is he???

After Hughes statement about Elano being left out of the squad the other week due to performance in training has he done himself any favours today being part of that debacle ? I think the writing is on the wall for Ralph. Hughes hasnt covered himself in glory in his first months in charge and Im one of the "give him time crowd" but I think its too easy for people to only look at Elano's positive contributions and completely ignore when he's crap which unfortunately has been much to often in the last 12 months not just since Hughes arrived.
