Was one of the only ones trying to create something today Wasnt hiding on the wing like Vassell, who had his first shot on target for the season today, and worked a dam sight harder than that waste of space and everytime DV gets left out something happens like SWP getting injured we will never get rid for god's sake

he did fuck all, created nothing, bottled out of challenges, the corner incident not obvious enough for you, he doesnt enjoy playing when robinho isnt playing. vassell maybe shit but the guy tries and doesnt stop running, elano is just a tit who gives up when the going gets tough

You must be fucking blind or weren't there.

mate your saying keep him, why keep a player who hasnt once performed well for us this season ?

He has

WHU
Portsmouth
Omonia at home
Hull

Off the top of my head he was one of our best players in all of those games and there are others.

Elano is two-footed, the best passer of the ball at the club, and the best finisher after Robinho. When he plays he is usually our most accurate passer (according to stats) and is involved in a lot of our goals. So why get rid unless we have a better replacement coming in?

fair do's but thats four games, and west ham were shocking against us, portsmouth didnt turn up, omonia are nobodys and hull were shit first half, notice second half when hull played decent he did shit,

h was one of our most inventive footballers today. But hey, this is the Mark Hughes era, no place for likes of the Brazilian here.
I can't wait until Hughes has filled our team with big hoofers.

ha tell me one thing he did apart from two good switches off the ball ?

keep elano, get rid of hughes. elano may not be performing to expectations this season but I would rather have him in the side or on the bench than the likes of vassell who couldnt hit a barn door. There are plenty of players in the team who havent been good enough this season, the entire defence havent been good enough but as usual always there has to be a boo boy singled out

there is no doubt that elano is a class player. we have all seen it. and as we all know, huges is an inexperienced manager. maybe the players are starting to lose faith in him. he has hardly set eastlands alight with the form side of things. and i know people say its the players on the pitch, but without a good gaffer, you have no chance. he is payed to get the best out of them, and its not happening. end of story. as far as im concerned, he should have been sacked after the santander game. but im not on the board. if i was i would have sacked him and half the squad by now.

Made at least 3 dribbles where he beat a couple of their players then got chopped down. I don't know why I'm bothering though, keep your blinkers on.
