Opens in December.

Being new to the restaurant business, Gary and Ryan surely need help with recipe ideas for the menu.

Any suggestions?

Bacon in a Whisky Marinade?

Coq au Sister in Law?

Ginger Pork?

Mancinis Humble Pie?

TRY one of our demolition derby desserts either serves 1 or 6

Quality response my friend! ( to a complete and total feckin idiot / Teenage fanboy may I add)

Due to the demographic of rag supporters the menu will be skewed towards them.
Jellied Eels

Lamb Bhuna
There's no chance of getting Tata Hash,Meat and Potato pie,Muffins or Eccles Cakes,no call.

Oh no it's not.

Just had a look at the menu and it looks tempting...

Starter: Tarte De Delusions of Granduer:

Chef David Moyes whets the appetite for the upcoming meal with delicious tarts made up of some of the finest produce from all over Europe; a la Lewandowski (finest Polish pork), a la Thiago (Spanish-Brazilian seasoning), a la Fabregas (a subtle hint of Catalonia), a la Ronaldo (a Portuguese favourite, making a return to its spiritual home), and a la Bale (Welsh lamb).

Main Course: A fillet of Hypocrisy and Cheating

With the appetite whetted, we can now get to business. This dish is so tasty you'll be diving into it. Served in the middle of the table, with our special Belgian strain of elbow (a la Fellaini), and local produce. Chef David Moyes prides himself on everything being local, and the ethical practices, with everything done the right way. Best enjoyed with our 40 year old Welsh Red Wine, a popular favourite with the female spouses of our clientele.

Dessert: A slice of Humble Pie

With the meal concluded what better way to finish then with our Humble Pie. Known for its distinctive bitter taste, served with sour grapes, and a dash of excuses and nonsense.

If you're unsatisfied, or feel that the food did not meet up to the standards promised, we offer a "We're Turning the Corner" guarantee policy, which starts in January.
