Neville Kneville

Horrible news. Was always a poster I enjoyed following. Straight to the point and confident in what he was saying. So young to go, a real shame.

Thoughts are with his family. Let's hope the team gives him a proper send off by winning it all this season.

All this time on here, and I had no idea he was Tony!! Have known him since our days of going in The Phoenix, Jilly's and UMIST rock clubs.

He was a superb guitarist going right back to Fireclown and up to his Hellhounds band. His often confrontational (passionate) style of posting here was the total opposite of his real personality, where he was the most quiet and modest guy you could meet.

R.I.P mate.

Edit: The amount of posts on here, and also the Facebook pages of all the mentioned clubs above speaks volumes for him.

Tony could be fierce and passionate in face to face debates, especially in defence of a young player he had high hopes for

I always found Neville Knevilles posts interesting reading, they stood out from most other peoples.
I wondered why he had stopped posting. Of course, the terribly sad news that he had passed away was the reason.
He was obviously a well liked and talented person and those who knew him will testify to that, (and have done), I am sure.
I would like to think that his spirit is somewhere with City players who are no longer with us.

Ah - that’s terrible news.

NK was a well liked and respected poster on here with good reason. Hugely passionate about the Club - in particular our academy players, and their path to the first team - a humorous and unstintingly direct writer, who seemed to relish a spirited debate with fellow fans about the club he loved, but also a warm and genuine man.

I never had the opportunity to meet him outside of here, but he was a poster I looked out for - and we’ve had many conversations over the years.

Really sad news - I wish his family all the best at this tough time.

You’ll be missed, pal!

Shocked to see this news. Always a feisty poster and I could never change his opinion on anything!....a true blue.

Sad to think I won’t be seeing his name pop up again.

RIP
