New club doctor

It's been said a few times on here but the injury situation was great in 2011/12 when Phil Batty was the doctor. But Mancini fell out with him (surprise, surprise) seemingly because he was prepared to stand up to Mancini in ensuring players started only when they were right. Managers always want players to play even if they're not quite ready but Batty appears to have taken the players' side.

So we got rid and Mancini got the current incumbent, Dr Max Sala, who I believe was reserve team doctor at Inter. Since then our injury review has been significantly worse it would seem and I'm somewhat surprised he's lasted this long.
I'm guessing our injuries have also gone up since the players are training and playing on the plastic wovern grass that is being credited with a lot of injuries across football ,maybe since the move from carrington also
