Open Regional and Language Options in Control Panel.
On the Languages tab, under Text services and input languages, click Details.
Under Preferences, click Language Bar.
Deselect the Show the Language bar on the desktop check box.
 
Hold down the shift key (the button directly below the caps lock) and then press the 'Print screen' key, which is to the right of F12 (which is next to F11).

Then go into Paint and click on 'Edit', then 'Paste' and it should come up
