I have just put together a new computer but I can't get the thing to work. It goes on but I don't think it is starting up nor is there any picture on my monitor. I have a new Graphics card, Ram, Motherboard but it is the same Hard Drive. Help please. It is doeing my nut in.

Do you get any beeps during the boot sequence? also you really need to format the Hard Drive, new components screw Windows big style.
I would suggest you reinstall WinXp and start from scratch.

This will piss you off if its this mate. New graphics cards tend to have a 4/6 pin power adapter on them. You should have a lead that runs from your power supply that will connect into your graphics card. If this isn't plugged in, plug it in and see what happens.

Yeh.
Have you tried both sticks of RAM on their own, just to check it's the slot and not the stick?
