I can now reveal there is a policy of appointing City fans to key positions wherever possible. As part of this, Francis is indeed Head of Security and Nick Leeson is about to be named Finance Director.

Michael O'Leary is also going to be named Head of Customer Relations.

Unfortunately Nick Leeson has already been signed up by Utd................ Galway Utd that is, he has been CEO there for a good few years already.

It is a current serving officer who works on the football side for GMP and has already done considerable work for City both home and abroad. He has also done work for England in South Africa and has been encouraged by City not to join for that period due to the fact that he is due to be promoted up to Commisioner in that period, a title that City want him to achieve before leaving the police to take on the role full time with City.
