looks like they have read this thread and thought theyd remove the badge from being in a shield and remove the air holes..

I think its very average though.

Take the black line away and its pretty much the first Umbro shirt
Fuck me if it won the award of greatest football shirt ever made ever as voted for by all football fans some City fans would complain because its not Umbro

It's another one of those moments where you wish the kit designer had put his pen down about 5 minutes earlier, because it would be a majestic shirt without the piping. I reckon it'll still look pretty good though when the whole kit's put together.

Pretty average shirt but no the end of the world.If the black piping was maroon and the sponsor and nike tick was white it would be class.

Got a feeling the 'black' piping is navy and the light is just making it look black. I'd have no problem with that shirt, probably won't buy it but its inoffensive enough.

I don't particularly like the black piping but if you remove that then it's a quality shirt, as said, very similar to Umbro's first attempt which happens to be my favourite. The black piping hardly takes it from quality to gash though.
