.

I'd be happy with this. Not as good as umbro, but a lot better than what I thought Nike would offer.

if thats the kit i think it looks really good, very simple and reminds of the 2009 shirt ??? i think thats the one.

It's not too bad. Doesn't need the polka dot pattern on the side though. It's been designed to look simple & retro, but in typical Nike fashion, they have to add something to make it look busy!

Don't be naive, fans will buy anyway, if people are buying that rag shit from this season they'll buy anything under the sun. Money is only that matters here.

Not naive msp, just hoping for a bit better from our club. I know they wanna shift as many shirts as possible like united did/do but that doesn't mean they have to be shit as well.

With all due respect I'm sure there are people at City who are more qualified to analyze that stuff that you (and me as well) are.

Some people like one shirt, some other, if you don't like something and think it's shit many others will have different view on it. Unless it's that ultimate piece of crap rags got this season but I guess that doesn't happen too often.

It's not exactly a good look for Armani if they started doin football shirts . It'll be cool though but they would never sell out like that .

This - it's like Ferrari would put their sign on 30k car.

It just doesn't work that way - some companies decide to go with mass production strategy, some promote their brand as luxury one for deep pockets customers, some even try to mix everything but all these big ones have took their strategy long time ago and in most number of cases they'll never change it.

They've spent load of money in building their identity, it would require even more to change it and you still don't know where that will lead you.

Really? fuckin hell !!
You learn something new every day..

got to say not keen on it, but the last couple of seasons have been really good especially the away kits

If that is indeed it, i think we got off lightly. Look at some of the shite they've churned out for the vermin the last few seasons.
Its simple and looks ok.

the dot pattern on the side are actually air holes in the shirt to help your lungs breathe better apparently.
