Every time I want to order and check out I get this message after a second: "Sorry, your basket has been emptied as your allocated time expired."

Couldn't renew my membership online earlier; several attempts and I just kept getting an error message when I tried to pay. Maybe somethinbg to do with not having a house number or postcode (live out in the sticks, see?). bluemoaner,jumps the gun ,and rips into the club,becouse he cant wait to,im shocked,Dunne's own goal said:you can't select your seat anymore like last year. f*cking shite that is. i want to have the option to choose whether I want to sit in row A or row E instead of the club just putting me somewhere! you can only select stand,tier and block and then use "find seats" option which then gives you a seat somewhere.
the owners pour millions of pounds into this club so why isn't this sorted out? mind boggles really.
also, the system we had not last year but year before was lot better than the one they came up last season. why do they need to make changes for worse?

Yep. Thankfully they've restored the option to choose your seats. AND, the seat selector is a lot better than last year so - got to say, well done City.
the "view from seat"-option could be nice too for those who are buying tkts first time.

you must be mistaken that could never happen here the posters have the attention spans of buddha ( the baby that was)

yada yada yada. you think the box office works as well as it should considering selling tickets is multi-million pound business & their only responsibility?
The tickets became available yesterday for Newcastle game but they failed to have the system working in time. Imo the club deserves the criticism, just like they deserve the credit now that they've improved the service

That new system is rubbish.
Yes they didnt get it ready in time and its still not working correctly.
You can't select the family stand on 'choose seats' but on the buy now function (where it allocates any seat) there are seats available....
Also why is it showing 'low availability' in the south stand when you can't buy tickets in that stand?! Are they all season ticket holders this year? And if so why not just show not available.
Overall a backwards step.... Hopefully will be better for the Hull game.
