I remember travelling over for a game against Everton on my birthday (Dec 13th). Must have been early-mid noughties. Pissed down all day, and (iirc) we lost 1-0 to a late Tim Cahill goal.

My birthday falls in the summer months, so City rarely get to truly ruin it. Seem to recall going to a friendly away at Macclesfield circa 2005 with @BillyShears where it emerged that SWP was leaving, which was pretty grim though.
