Just about to order my new shirt. Measured myself as a 36" chest. Should I go for that or go 1 size up to a 38?

I've only got a 33' chest cos I'm a skinny bugger but I'm like 5 foot 9/10 tall. I went for 38' because with my body length anything under 36' would have looked silly. My brother has a 36' chest I think and with the England top he got 38' and it fits perfect. If you want it a bit looser go for 40'.
