As I suggest, do we think we will see a more attacking style.
With players we have bought in and the new backroom staff it seems to suggest we are going to play with more freedom, I for one hope we do.
Just would like the thoughts of others...........

Anything but what we played thia season I hope. Prederably something fast, inventive and tough.

I also hope there's no play acting.

Pep tried 4411 with Marmoush just behind Haaland last season against Newcastle and a couple of other games. It looked great. I think Haaland with Marmoush being supplied by Cherki will devastate most opponents.

I think we will move up the pitch faster which should be better for our forwards.

Signing technical players who can actually run with the ball, instead of technical players who can't run with the ball will see us quicker on the front foot when we get possession. A much more dynamic, exciting attack hopefully.

We were so risk averse last season that it was boring at times, yet we still finished 3rd. We'll still dominate the ball but be much more fluent in attack. I'm really excited with the new signings, it won't be Keegan but the City of 2 or 3 years ago reborn, hopefully.

We signed Erling to a 100 year extension. Makes sense we implement a play style built more around him.

And why wouldn't you? We've got the best goalscorer in the world. A freak. Pure goalscorers like that don't come around often

50 odd goals in his first season and broke the PL record when we had fresher legs around him and we won a treble. Some of our fans are mental when they say we are better without him. We certainly are much better with him when we play with purpose rather than passing like it's rugby.

i think new formation will be that Marmoush and Cherki will go in the middle from the wings, while Ait Nouri and new RB will have the winger role

probably the only question is defense, because Rudolph and Cherki are not the best defenders

Anything is better then the slow play we did last year. A lot pacer with the midfield who most are young can move ball faster to the forwards to get behind the defence. And hopefully no passing sidewards all the time and going back, just go quick and with pace and even get balls out to the wing and attack instead of coming back, and if we have a breakaway from our area I hope more then 2 players go forward

I don't think a lot of our fans quite realise just how much of a force this club has become. Some of the posts are laughable when you look at our achievements, even this season. 17 other clubs would love to have finished 3rd, 18 would have loved to have made it to the cup final, even just once in a while. We're doing it almost with impunity.

I think given the circumstances we had a great season, I just wish some would learn to enjoy it more instead of whinging at every little aspect that doesn't quite go out way. We're lucky to be witnessing this, it's not something I ever thought I would see in my lifetime. 20 years ago I would have been happy just having the chance to get to a cup final now and again.
