New Ticket Machines?

Is there a note in slot on the machines? (no I'm not thinking of robbing the fuckers!!) Just thinking if it only takes coins then it could just be for tickets for the EDS and MCWFC matches, I guess the Schalke match was a free taster to get us interested with maybe future matches chargeable, I wouldn't mind paying £2/3 to watch a EDS match.

Possibly used first for EDS games to see how it works then if it takes off they also have them for first team matches?

I'm really curious to find out more about this? Could it be that people roll up on the day and can get a ticket from these instead of waiting at the ticket office? Maybe scrap the tickets made available to viagogo (or whatever it's called) and instead any unsold tickets can be obtained from one of these. Tickets available on the day can be displayed on the LED screen and then purchased. Brilliant idea in principal.

I appreciate these things take time to come through(source, tender, trial, etc), but they are long overdue. Another first for City?

They look like the machines that you get in stations. Book and pay for tickets online then the machine issues them on production of the credit/debit card that you used to buy them.
