New ticketing site

Is anyone else having issues renewing online? as I am but am wondering if its due to me being on an iPad

I tried to renew today doing the direct debits & cup schemes, got my cup scheme & cup scheme points confirmed on my account but nothing about my seasoncard ! Emailed customer services awaiting reply. Did mine on my iPad, don't think that's the problem though.

Cheers will try again later, the problem I was having was setting up the direct debit, it was saying one payment which seems a strange thing anyway as surely the idea of a direct debit scheme is to spread the cost and when i changed it to 4 payments it stop working and wasn't sure if it was the IPad or site

Exactly the same problem as me! Still no reply from City & as far as I can make out no direct debit has been set up. It just kinda kicks you out when you get to the final bit of submitting your order. Gonna go the ground & do it in person, what a joke this new ticketing site is
