How true. For him to be taking the moral high ground on loyalty issues is very rich. Jump before you are pushed by any chance Steve?

Very good read Ric (as ever) but a couple of observations:

1) A lot of the pressure was being heaped on him by the fans. If cook came on here he would get the distinct impression that a sizeable part of our support wasn't happy.

2) The fans getting apoplectic are largely the ones that have been calling for stability but even any who weren't enamoured of Hughes aren't happy with the way things were done.

3) There's no comparison of Al-Mubarak and Swales. This is mandatory.
